Which MassCore Level should I choose?

We recommend getting all MassCore levels to take full advantage of monkii 360. If you must choose: Level 2 - The lightest option. It’s the right choice if you are unsure about which MassCore to choose and/or are just starting your journey to wildness. This level pairs well with the Cardio training program.
Level 3 - The perfect option if you consider yourself decently wild and stay relatively active. If you plan to choose Hybrid as your A.T.F. then Level 3 would be a good match.
Level 4 - The heaviest option for non-tactical backers. Choose this if you feel confident in your physical abilities and want the option to make your workout incredibly difficult. If you plan to choose Core as your A.T.F. then strongly consider selecting Level 4.
Level 5 (Tactical) - The extreme level. It will be hard. Tactical Backers signed up for this by default. Other backers have the option to add this level as an add-on. It’s a painfully perfect fit with the Tactical Training.

EVERYONE will get the 21-Day Habit, OG monkii workouts, and 36-Day Commitment for monkii 360. These are the “base programs.” The Advanced Training Focus is exactly that - an advanced program that is highly focused. That’s why we have you choose 1 of 3. Tactical is in a league of its own - as always.

I ordered the Tactical Bundle and understand that I get the following DynaForce bungees: 15, 25, 40, 45, 50. How can I add the 20, 30 and 35 pound bungees? What about the other Advanced Training Programs?
Unfortunately those bungees came bundled into the Core, Cardio and Hybrid packages. So in order to get them you’ll need to add-on those upgrades. This will result in you having duplicates of some bungees. However, we made a special add-on for Tactical Backers that allows you to add-on the training program ONLY.

Why is shipping so expensive?
For add-ons we are charging the actual shipping cost that is calculated based on the weight of your addons. There is no markup or profit for us! Due to the weight of MassCore and other products, it’s possible that shipping costs for international backers can get expensive. We apologize to our international backers and truly wish there was a more affordable shipping option that we could use.

Are customs fees included with my shipping fee?
No. The shipping cost covers any packaging and the actual transport cost but customs/VAT/import fees are not included and you should plan on paying them (if your country requires them) when your monkii gear lands in your country. We know they are a bummer! Many countries have online calculators to help figure costs.

Which option should I choose for my fitness level?
The Starter bungee that is included with all monkii 360s is a perfect starting resistance for all users. Once you have built your baseline level of fitness, Beginners and Intermediate monkiis should make their Advanced Training Focus: Cardio or Core. More advanced/insane monkiis should go with Hybrid or Tactical. For MassCore, we recommend starting with Level 1 if you are a complete beginner, Level 2 if you have some experience, and just skip to Level 5 (Tactical) if you are a badass.

My monkii hands are small. This good for people with smaller hands?
Yes, our grip is shaped so that one side of the grip is for large hands and the other side is for small hands. You’ll do great.

I like the idea, but wouldn’t added extra weight on the sphere make it easier to pull away since the weight would help against the elastic tension, making it less of a workout?

Is monkii 360 travel friendly?
Although we didn’t design monkii 360 to be a travel product, it is lightweight (20oz) and relatively small (8in diamter) and everything stores inside. Plus it sets up on any door, anywhere in the world. You make the call.

Will there be a tabata app with workouts we can do?
Yep, there will be a TABATA style workout category in the app and the app will automatically transition to the next exercise. It’s gonna be rad.

Wait, what IS Tabata?
Tabata is a high-intensity style of workout that is proven by over 20 years of scientific research. The total workout length is short, only 4 minutes. You’ll train in 20 second intervals, then rest for 10 seconds, then train for 20 seconds, then rest for 10. This will go on for the 4 mintues. There is a ton of verifiable data out there on Tabata, and if you are inclined, you can definitely dive in and research more. Super intense, super effective!

How do I know which mass core to order?
This is a general breakdown of what to expect from the Mass Core, from monkii Danimus himself:

A beginner can use either level (1-2) for any program (Cardio, Core, Hybrid). The same would be true for an Intermediate and Advanced user. The Level 5/Tactical Masscore can be used with all the programs for the Advanced/Insane user.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
